Welcome to the Elder Bee Homes Production website. Although the site looks different, you will still be logging in normally. Please log in below using your normal user-name and password. Once you have logged in you will be able to access files for download and online viewing. Please note a couple of changes. Product Information sheets are now referred to as "Change Order" sheets. This name better describes the true nature and purpose of these documents. Also, the only documents for which online viewing is available are PDF. All other documents will download to your computer for viewing. Spec Level Changes

Please be sure to check the spec level sheets that correspond to the neighborhood in which you are building. Some important changes have been made in the specs for appliances, cabinets and plumbing fixtures. While some changes are clarifications others impact the selections for EBH homes. All recent changes are highlighted in yellow.
